Yes, high heels are SEXY, that's a given. They're elegant, seductive, and they emphasize your long legs. They make you stand straighter and taller, because you have to balance. But they have drawbacks:

1. They can make you look clumsy.
2. They can make your calves look bigger.
3. They can give you sore feet.

In regard to #1, all you need is to practice at home. LOTS of practice, girs! You don't want to look like you're stumbling, or walking so unnaturally that you'll be "read" as a crossdresser.  Practice while doing your house chores, especially things like ironing and tasks in which you end up standing in place a while. Doing dishes is another. Besides, you'll enjoy your girlie chores better in heels. Some hints: Just practice standing first. Once you're able to stand easily, you can learn to walk in heels and have good balance. Now start doing regular things of the day around the house in your sexy heels. Don't practice walking a "police line" unless you plan on getting arrested. You're certainly not going to be walking straight lines out there. Do NORMAL activities: walk up and down stairs, carry armloads of things, or bags, turn corners, walk around furniture (practice your dusting while you're at it!). Just remember to keep your legs close together. Oh - and don't run!

Regarding # 2, rule of thumb is the higher the heel, the more your calves will bulge. If you have large calves, that's just how your body was made. You should probably go for the lower heels, even though STILLETTOs are the sexiest heels ever made. But because of their sex appeal, they also draw a lot of attention! So you'll definitely need practice. WEDGE HEELS are better for large legged girls, and for walking on softer surfaces like the lawn. If you're going dancing, wear heels with straps, so you don't accidentally step out of your heels!
